The Gift of Giving

While many students are breathing a collective sigh of relief after finals and getting

ready for the holidays, others are facing significant hardships that go beyond school. The chapter team at DC-21 decided to take action by organizing a clothing and basic needs drive for their classmates in critical need. Students and teachers were brought together by the spirit of giving, and in partnership, they collected dozens of items requested off of students' wish lists. Chapter team members were amazed by their own ability to rally their community together and bring change into their school and classmates' lives.
